Membership Terms & Considerations
Our memberships are carefully structured around clinically recommended treatment intervals, as consistency generally produces the best long-term skin outcomes.
• Signature Skin Health Membership is designed to be completed within approximately 12–15 months.
• Essential Skin Health Membership is designed to be completed within approximately 9–12 months.
• We appreciate that occasional delays may occur due to holidays, illness, or personal commitments and will always try to accommodate this where reasonably possible.
• Programme benefits, including discounted skincare access, apply during the active programme period and cannot be carried forward indefinitely.
• Treatments remain subject to clinical suitability and practitioner assessment.
• Programmes are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
All monthly payment packages require two months' payment in advance.
